To help raise both money and awareness ,the Village of Bal Harbour 5k Run will benefit with The Mount Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Center – a nationally recognized, award-winning facility that utilizes a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to diagnosing and treating cancer. The event will take place on Sunday, October 16th at 7 a.m.
With a race course that provides beautiful beach views lined with palm trees through Florida’s paradise, this year’s race invites runners of all ages to compete. Age divisions range from 14 to 75. While all will receive participation medals, awards will be presented to the first, second and third place male and female finishers in all age divisions in an awards ceremony that will take place immediately following the race. All participants will also receive T-shirts and complimentary food and beverages.
This event is generously sponsored by the Finker-Frenkel Legacy Foundation and hosted by the Village of Bal Harbour and the Bal Harbour Police Department.
