A Spooktacular Halloween!

On Friday, October 28, 2016 over 200 people attended the City’s annual Halloween Spooktacular event. This event allowed families and children from our community to trick or treat in a safe environment and enjoy loads of candy, costume contests, games, activities, and our spooky haunted house. The park was filled with families, and students of all ages were in attendance ranging from preschool to 12th grade.

City officials, local partners, and volunteers from the Broward Sheriff’s Office Explorers, Police Department, Fire Department, Ted Berger and staff from Action Chiropractic Center, ARISE Dance Group, Above the Rubies Dance Group, and Keshia Coffie of Florida United Methodist Children’s Home were all in attendance to help pass out candy and assist with games and activities. Preparation for next year’s event has already begun.
