The City of West Park Recreation Department has entered into a partnership with Shani Talks to offer Motivational Arts in the areas of acting, singing, and speaking classes/workshops for area residents. The program prepares participants to, “Speak Power, Speak Life, Speak Change, Embody the Artist Within and Live Your Dream”. This exciting and powerful program will have you working with self-confidence by progressively learning the tools of the trade.
Classes include relaxation, monologue work, improvisation, character development, vocal development, theatrical makeup and public speaking and open to participants of all ages. Classes begin February 7, 2012 at Mary Saunders Park 4750 S.W. 21st Street, West Park, FL 33023 with the schedule to proceed as follows:
• Tuesdays 6pm to 8pm – Acting Classes and Vocal Lessons
• Wednesdays 6pm to 8pm – Speaking Classes (Private and Group classes available)
• Thursdays 6pm to 8pm – Acting Classes and Vocal Lessons
