As one of the newest elected officials for the city of West Park, I extend my well wishes to you and your loved ones for the upcoming year 2023-2024. Happy New Year West Park!
January 1st marks the beginning of a new year, a new journey, a new perspective, and a new outlook or vision for the future of our individual lives and our community.
As we reflect on the past and plan for a brighter future, I would like to encourage
each of you to plan to engage more with each other as a community. I am eager to
work for and hear from each of you.

me as a preference for communicating whenever feasible.
I believe to whom much is given, much is required. In my new role as your
commissioner/advocate, I personally vow to always put the Community First, in all
of my decision making. However, I cannot do that without your support. I ask if you
see something, say something. If there are things that we need to improve upon let
us know; if there is something in our community that you would like to see more or
less of, let us know. If there is something we are doing that you enjoy and want to
see continued, let us know. We are a team and the people of this community are at
the head of the team! As one of your elected officials, I invite you to get more
involved, be informed, and take action. It is everyone’s responsibility to make this
the best community to live, work, and play. So help me to help the community and
include as one of your New Year’s resolutions to Always keep the Community First.
