Happy New Year, West Park! I hope you and your loved ones had a joyful and peaceful holiday season. As we move into 2025, the West Park District remains committed to fostering stronger connections within our community through meaningful engagement and public safety initiatives.
We are thrilled to share that our first Movie on the Lawn event was a tremendous success! Families and children from across the city gathered with blankets and chairs to enjoy a fun-filled evening under the stars—complete with free popcorn to add to the experience. We’re looking forward to hosting several more family-friendly movie nights throughout the year, so stay tuned and visit the city’s website at www.cityofwestpark.org, and follow us on Facebook at WEST PARK BSO for updates on upcoming events.
In addition to these events, we’ll continue popular initiatives like Park, Walk, and Talks, Coffee With A Cop, and more opportunities for you to meet your deputies and share your concerns.

Whether it’s protecting personal information, avoiding phishing scams, or discussing the importance of privacy settings, being cyber-aware is essential in today’s digital age. We’ll be sharing helpful tips on our Facebook page to promote online safety for children, teens, and adults alike.
