On Wednesday, April 13, 2016 participants in our Senior Program had the opportunity to tour our police department, located at the Broward Sheriff’s Office Southeast District, 3201 West Hallandale Beach Boulevard. The seniors were given a tour of the facility, met staff members, and learned about each department and its responsibilities/duties in the community. The seniors enjoyed their trip, although they sure aren’t in a hurry to return to the police station anytime soon! ☺.
