We are forever grateful to our Broward Sheriff’s Office Police and Fire Department staff for coming out to support a family in their time of need. On Saturday, July 21, the West Park community came together for a car wash in an effort to raise funds to help little Miss Prinique. On July 2nd, Prinique nearly drowned in the pool at her home, but due to the fast response of our first responders from the police and fire departments, they were able to obtain a pulse. However, due to the lack of oxygen, doctors are unable to treat her further. However, there is a treatment called “Hyperbaric Oxygen Regeneration Therapy” available in New Orleans, which costs $60K! The family is still in need of assistance and will be planning more fundraising events to help save Prinique.
