CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
COMING SOON!
SW 25TH STREET COMPLETE STREET IMPROVEMENTS
In an effort to continue improvements in the City’s roadways and to further our streetscape
enhancement projects, we are scheduled to commence construction along the following
corridor within the City of West Park from June 2022 through early 2023:
SW 25th Street from SR7/US 441 to SW 40th Avenue
(Barack Obama Blvd.)
The scheduled improvements for the identified area include:
Traffic Calming Devices
Bicycle Lanes
Roadway Reconstruction/Repaving
Updated Pavement Marking & Signing
Sidewalk Repairs and Upgrades
It is anticipated that the newly paved roadways, and updated signage and pavement markings will not only improve roadway safety but will also enhance the look and feel of the community as well. It is however expected that traffic patterns in the area may be altered in order to facilitate a timely and successful completion of the project outcome.
