Mayra Castillo has been named the new Sales Manager for the Hampton Inn by Hilton – Hallandale Beach~Aventura. The 151-room hotel is located at 1000 S. Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 and has been open since December 2002.
As the new Sales Manager, Mayra Castillo will be responsible for leading and directing the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans in the hotel’s continuing efforts to deliver outstanding guest service.
“Based on Mayra’s outstanding record, we are confident that she will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our hotel,” said Monica Mataloni, General Manager, Hampton Inn by Hilton – Hallandale Beach~Aventura. Mayra joined our company, Turnberry Hospitality, in October 2012 as VIP Coordinator at Turnberry Isle Resort, Miami. In March 2014, she was promoted to Social Catering Administrator.
Mayra has a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. Prior to joining us she held the positions of Campaign Information Manager/Event Planner and Group Reservations & Guest Relations Specialist at the Independent Political Party in Nicaragua and the National Hotel in South Beach. Her transfer comes from her dedication, willingness to learn, commitment to excellence and eagerness to take on any challenge.
