Windridge Yacht Charters joins Entertainment Cruises

Windridge Yacht ChartersSouth Florida media gathered aboard the 170-foot Lady Windridge for a pop-up restaurant with Executive Chef Julian Baker of Mary Brickell Village’s Toscana Divino.

In celebration of South Florida-based Windridge Yacht Charters joining the portfolio of Entertainment Cruises, the culinary event delighted guests’ taste buds with menu items such as Crostini of Truffled Beef Tartar, Arancini-Risotto Croquettes, Buratta Caprese, Tortelli with Organic Bufala, Ricotta Cheese and a Sage Butter Sauce, Baked Branzino with Tomato and Fennel and Tuscan Roasted Pork Belly with Cannellini Beans, Rosemary and Garlic. For dessert, Chef Baker served up Tiramisu with Mascarpone Cream and Espresso Coffee Soaked Biscuit, Walnut Sable Biscuit with Ricotta and Honey, and Strawberry Meringue with a White Chocolate Crumb and Almond Cream. Following the elegant meal, guests joined the DJ on the Sky Deck for a cruise along the Intracoastal Waterway. Later this fall, Windridge will begin offering public cruises, including a monthly pop up restaurant with a celebrated South Florida chef.
