“How to Run Your Condo or Homeowners Association as a Business” is the topic for a free educational seminar on Tuesday, January 16th, 5:30 – 7:30 pm at the North Miami Beach Community Center, 17051 NE 19th Avenue, North Miami Beach 33162. Presented by the law firm of Eisinger, Brown, Lewis, Frankel & Chaiet, P. A. and Centennial Bank, the seminar will provide a practical and business-oriented perspective for anyone serving on a Board of Directors.
Topics covered will include financial and collection aspects, fiduciary duty of directors and an array of vendors/members issues. Leading the seminar will be Jed L. Frankel, who has 24 years of legal experience, and is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar and is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Mediator. Law firm partner Alessandra Stivelman, with over nine years of legal experience, focuses her practice on real estate law and community association law. Sal Salvatierra, VP Association Banking Services for Centennial Bank, will also share fiscal responsibility advice.
