The management and staff at the Publix Super Market in The Palms at Town and Country shopping center in Kendall conducted a surprise birthday party in October for Ruth Kessler (center). Kessler, a resident of nearby Horse Country, has been a regular shopper at the store since it opened in the 1980s.
