Jewish National Fund-USA’s (JNF-USA) JNFuture chapter in Miami began the new year and celebrated Tu Bishvat, an annual environmental holiday celebrating the Jewish “Earth Day,” in grand fashion with an exclusive soiree at one of Miami’s top hotspots in support of the land and people of Israel.
On Jan. 15, 150 environmentally conscious young professionals, ages 22-40, came together at PALAPA Miami in Upper Buena Vista for JNFuture Miami’s signature event, Nocturnal Oasis, celebrating Jewish environmentalism and JNF-USA’s positive impact in Israel.
The sold-out event featured an open bar, live music, and thanks to event sponsors including, BittonArt, E11EVEN Vodka, and Eli Lunzer Productions, a silent auction where people bid on several high-value items including artwork, tickets to attend the Championship Game of the NCAA Final Four, exotic getaways, all-inclusive retreats, and luxurious accommodations in private villas.
“I could not have asked for a better first annual signature event,” said Emmanuelle Subar, JNFuture Miami president. “A sold-out night with a massive waiting list, incredible sponsors, a dedicated host committee, and JNF-USA professionals who listened to and implemented our vision. I am honored to be president of this chapter and co-chair of Nocturnal Oasis.”
