KW Property Management & Consulting partner Sandra Bennett was recently honored with the South Florida Business Journal’s “Influential Business Women Award” and South Florida Business and Wealth’s “Prestigious Women Award.”
As a Partner and Executive Director at KWPMC, Bennett successfully leverages her CPA background and experience working with developers of residential and mixed-use projects for the benefit of the premier residential property management company. Since joining KWPMC, Bennett has created budgets and consulted with developers on more than 75 properties totaling $10 billion in construction costs, making her a leading female resource to developers across the country.
