Summer in South Florida at Trump International Beach Resort

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

This summer, there’s no reason to get away…South Florida residents can stay and play in their own backyard at the luxurious Trump International Beach Resort. With new programming, the independently owned and operated resort offers plenty of reasons to choose a staycation.

The Suite Life
Parlor Suites are a new room category, offering the ideal setup for families. With a two- or three-bedroom layout, starting at 1,214 sq. feet, close “travel pods” can safely gather and stay together. Comforts of home include a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and wet bar, washer and dryer, glass-enclosed shower and tub, 46-inch LED Samsung TV and iHome station, among others.

Saka Mori
The resort’s recently opened lobby restaurant, Saka Mori, offers live musical entertainment every weekend. The restaurant, owned and run by a husband-and-wife team, offers a menu of Japanese fusion dishes, including a variety of fresh sushi and sashimi, flavorful ramen and hibachi entrees, each prepared with delicate edible flowers and crisp microgreens.

Soccer, Swimming, Surfing and More
For guests who like to stay active, especially the kids, the resort will offer a series of soccer and tennis clinics, as well as swimming and surfing lessons, throughout the summer. Kids can sign up for a skill-building academy or take part in a weekly guest demo with a professional soccer player and Athlete in Residence. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy the onsite jet ski, surfboard and kayak rentals, as well as excursions like Morning SUP Yoga and Paddle for the Brew to explore the intercostal waterway.

Keeping It Kosher
The resort’s events and catering team has recently designed a selection of event elements tailored to meet the needs of Kosher occasions, including Kosher bar packages, kitchen and outdoor space rentals. There is a Kosher menu available at the beach and pool, and Shabbat can be celebrated with Chef Shimi Alon’s glatt kosher specialties.

Furry Friends Can Stay Too
The resort’s dog-friendly policy allows up to two dogs of no more than 40 pounds each, per guest room. Upon arrival, each pup receives a welcome gift and a city guide to nearby walking paths. There is a $25 per pet, per night fee, exclusive of tax.
