Another successful “reveal” for the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center (AACC) when they once again partnered with the Aventura Marketing Council/Chamber of Commerce (AMC) to hold their annual Season Preview of upcoming shows combined with samplings from some of Aventura’s favorite restaurants.
Hundreds of AMC members attended the event prior to entering the beautiful, state-of-the-art theatre, enjoyed tasting food from Mo’s Bagels & Deli, Edible Arrangements, Bonefish Grill, Genuine Pizza, zuuk, myceviche and the iPic Theatre/Tuck Room restaurant. After the great tasting reception and networking, guests filled the theatre to meet Jeff Kiltie, General Manager of the AACC, who introduced their season’s ‘sizzle reel’ –a fabulous review of what patrons will be able to see during the 2018-19 performing season. A performer from “Menopause the Musical” sang a medley of songs, followed by a performance by 15-year-old Irene Newman, one of the Young Stars appearing in this year’s 9th annual Aventura Mall/Interiors by Steven G YOUNG STARS SHOWCASE presented by Mount Sinai Medical Center and AT&T.
