Aventura welcomes UDON to Aventura Mall

City of Aventura leaders joined members of the Aventura Marketing Council/Chamber of Commerce (AMC) for a recent ribbon-cutting of this Asian-inspired noodle bar in the Aventura Mall Treats Food Hallo that has already gained a legion of fans across the nation.

Aventura Mayor Howard S. Weinberg, Esq, and Commissioners Amit Bloom and Cliff Ain as well as former Mayor Enid Weisman, and former Commissioners Dr. Linda Marks and Billy Joel were delighted to join UDON CEO Jordy Vidal in the ceremony.

Guests enjoyed an amazing array of hors d’oeuvres all made on the spot with fresh ingredients. UDON is well known for the quality and innovation of its gastronomic offerings, which focus on unique recipes and ingredients. The menu highlights traditional Asian noodles and a variety selection of Asian-inspired tapas from savory ramen to stir-fried noodles, rice bowls and appetizers. UDON chefs are passionate about creating authentic dishes, with tasty and healthy Asian recipes offering true Asian culture and cuisine.
