Aventura Mayor Enid Weisman, Commissioners Dr. Linda Marks and Billy Joel as well as Aventura Mayor-Elect Howard Weinberg and Commissioner-Elect Michael Stern recently joined Aventura Marketing Council/Chamber of Commerce members in welcoming the new Wild Fork specialty grocer to the “City of Excellence” with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
While Wild Fork specializes in frozen meats, chicken and seafood, customers are surprised to see the more unusual meats such as venison and elk. Wild Fork is looking to change the way people shop for their meats and have expanded their lines to include prepared meals, vegetables and even desserts. They offer local delivery and outside-of-area delivery within 48 hours.
