Arnold Goldman of The Alternative Board spoke to local business leaders at the Aventura Marketing Council’s Business Development Committee about increasing communication through understanding motivation and attitudes. During the presentation attendees learned how to effectively communicate and work with others by understanding their profile and motivations. Goldman stressed that understanding each employee’s behavioral style and their motivating factors is essential to building productive and motivated teams.
