Based in France, Constructions-3D has been designing machines since 2017 that produce structures in 3-D concrete printing. They specialize in the design of mobile 3D mortar printers capable of printing the walls of a building automatically. Their goal is to offer an automated construction tool to reduce the carbon footprint of the building sector, reduce construction times and facilitate access to housing. They offer the MAXI PRINTER, a mobile machine capable of printing very large mortar structures directly on the jobsite, and the MINI PRINTER, a fixed mortal 3D printer allowing the production of smaller objects.
Partners Zoltán Nagyistók and Gabor Kovecses have exclusive US rights to provide any of the four machines that Constructions 3-D has developed: the MaxiPrinter, the MiniPrinter PRO, the MiniPrinter EDU and the Constructimetre. Software for the machines is developed and mastered internally with a team of developers, materials are tested and validated by a team of engineers and training is carried out by a team following the acquisition of a machine.
Three principles have been at the heart of the development of the machines: robustness, pragmatism and ease of use. Constructions 3-D is now able to offer a solution that meets the automation needs in the construction industry allowing them to make a link between the innovation and the realities of the construction. Their training solutions allow clients to become operational with their new construction tool as soon as the machine is started. Their global automation solution is optimized to be unfolded onsite very quickly. Thanks to the advanced repeatability of the process, the works can be printed onsite, with a considerable reduction of the human and financial costs of construction.
