On December 6th, The Cheese Course celebrated the opening of the new cheese shop and quick service bistro in Aventura Mall, with a fun networking and ribbon cutting event co-organized by the Aventura Marketing Council. Among the distinguished guests attending were Aventura Commissioners Billy Joel and Enbar Cohen, as well as Hallandale Beach Vice Mayor Alex Lewy and President of Aventura Marketing Council Elaine Adler. Miguel Contreras, Franchise Operator said “we moved The Cheese Course from its Gulfstream location to Aventura Mall, making it more convenient for all of our loyal customers.”
