U.S. Century Bank Announces New Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Banking & Special Projects

U.S. Century Bank is pleased to announce Tracy Cochran has joined as senior vice president and director of retail banking and special projects. She will be responsible for overseeing the operations and production goals of the banking centers, as well as leading projects within retail banking and across business lines focused on enhancing the Bank’s product offerings and customer experience.

“We are happy to welcome Tracy to our team,” stated Martha Guerra-Kattou, executive vice president and director of sales and marketing at U.S. Century Bank. “She has a depth of experience and knowledge, and we look forward to her bringing those assets to her new role.”

Cochran has more than 35 years of banking experience. Before joining U.S. Century Bank, she worked at BCI Securities Inc. as senior vice president and head of the client service division, strategy, and projects.  She was responsible for its operational functions and driving customer experience. Prior to that, she was senior vice president and director of strategic retail initiatives at TotalBank.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University where she double majored in finance and international business.
