Junior Achievement is once again hosting JA Inspire Virtual, a career exploration program for eighth graders which includes an in-class curriculum designed to help students discover their career strengths and interests. The program culminates with an interactive visit to the JA Inspire Virtual Career Expo.
Last year’s program was extremely successful, providing 10,736 local children with 139,568 hours of in-depth career exploration.
Thanks to our community’s support of JA Inspire Virtual, this year 11,000 local students will be able to develop a vision, a pathway, and the motivation to explore different careers.
For businesses, this is a chance to build their future workforce.
Businesses and organizations are encouraged to share their passion and knowledge at the JA Inspire Virtual Career Expo by having an exhibitor booth. The exhibitor booth is completely customizable and provides the opportunity to inspire students with your own career videos, downloadable career information, and supplemental resources. The 11,000 participating students and their parents will have access to the program and your virtual exhibitor booth throughout the school year. Students will also have access to a digital career planning book which will include your organization’s information as well as access to a free app to help them plan for their future
