Mason Pace was destined for stardom. Fourteen years ago, when the Aventura Marketing Council/Chamber of Commerce (AMC) created their first YOUNG STARS SHOWCASE (YSS) , they wanted to help create a successful future for young singers from South Florida by showcasing and hiring them for AMC events. One of the Young Stars in 2016 was Mason Pace, a 15 year old singer/guitarist who was just beginning to blossom into a great performer. Mason has been a fan-favorite of the YSS ever since. Known as a ‘rocker’, Mason can play and sing any genre of music, and recently spent a week aboard The Blue Cruise as the lead singer of The Bottom Feeders , entertaining the guests night after night with music from the 60s and 70s.
Today, Mason and his touring band have captured the attention of fans with their driving performances, substantial lyrics and grand sound. As a Gibson-endorsed , mystical metal/dark hard rock artist, he has opened for and performed with acts like Cheap Trick, Joan Jett, Vince Neil, Ace Frehley and Phil Collins. Mason will be launching his third national tour on May 25 performing in cities from South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia Alabama, Kentucky and Tennessee with his closing tour performance in Pompano Beach on July 2nd.
Mason has released two albums, “Whateverland” and “King of Hearts” and in between performing, touring and giving vocal lessons, Mason just graduated from Florida Atlantic University (where?) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Business Law.
Mason and other amazing Young Star singers will be performing in the AMC’s 14th annual YOUNG STARS SHOWCASE on Sunday, November 5th, at The Sport of Kings Theatre at Gulfstream Park. www.yssaventura.org
