Get ready, Miami: your dessert options just got a whole lot more diverse!
Miami’s newest dessert shop, Rolled, features artisanal rolls and coffee year-round beyond the regular cinnamon rolls everyone has come to know and love during the fall season.
Now open for business, Rolled invites the public to try the deliciousness.
“I founded Night Owl Cookies when I was 20… almost 10 years ago! It’s been such an emotional journey watching it grow and evolve into something I could have only dreamed of,” said Andrew Gonzalez, Night Owl Cookies and Rolled founder. “As I turned 30, I looked back and realized, I too have grown and evolved and I wanted to create a brand that embodied where I am now as a person. When I was thinking of what’s the complete opposite of a nighttime cookie concept… I instantly thought — artisanal rolls and coffee bar.”
Rolled has more than your regular cinnamon rolls with flavors such as Tres Leches, Funfetti Cake, and even a Night Owl Cookie-infused Cookie Dough Roll to pay homage to Gonzalez’s first business venture.
“Rolled is going to be a game changer. Miami already has staple areas where you get cinnamon rolls, however, they never adapted or evolved with the times,” Gonzalez said. “At Rolled, we have 10 unique flavors, only 2 of which actually contain cinnamon. We have Cafecito-infused rolls made with Per’La Specialty Roasters, a Guava y Queso roll filled with a guava and cream cheese filling that will blow your mind, and rolls that have never been done before that represent the flavors of our community and generation.”
Rolled is located at 10524 SW Eighth St., Miami, FL 33174, and open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., every day.
