Complete Mainline Closure

There will be a complete closure of all lanes and ramps on westbound SR 836 from NW 57^th Avenue to NW 72^nd Avenue for placement of asphalt on Sunday, October 20 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. The alternate date for this closure due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances is Monday, October 21. Drivers should follow posted detour signs. Detours:

Drivers wishing to access westbound SR 836 from northbound NW 57^th Avenue can:

• Turn left onto Perimeter Road
• Turn left onto NW 72^nd Avenue
• Take entrance to westbound SR 836 on right

To continue on westbound SR 836 drivers can:

• Take exit to NW 57^th Avenue and turn left
• Turn right onto W Flagler Street

Drivers wishing to access SR 826 from westbound SR 836 can:

Ramp Closure

Tuesday, October 15 through Thursday, October 17 – The eastbound SR 836 ramp to northbound I-95 will be closed overhead sign structure installation between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. Drivers can:

• Exit at NW 27^th Avenue, then go north on NW 27^th Avenue
• Enter the eastbound SR 112 ramp to access the northbound I-95 entrance ramp

• Exit at NE 2^nd Avenue/Biscayne Boulevard (Exit 2a)
• Turn right on NE 2^nd Avenue, then turn right on NE 11^th Street

Complete Street Closure

There will be a complete closure of all lanes on northbound and southbound SW 117^th Avenue between SW 120^th Street and SW 128^th Street for bridge work for the SR 874 Ramp Connector on Monday, October 14 through Thursday, October 17 from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. each night. Drivers should follow posted detour signs. Detours:

To continue on northbound SW 117^th Avenue drivers can:

• Turn right onto SW 128^th Street
• Turn left onto SW 107^th Avenue
• Turn left onto SW 112^th Street/Killian Drive to access SW 117^th Avenue

To continue on southbound SW 117^th Avenue drivers can:

• Turn left onto SW 112^th Street/Killian Drive
• Turn right onto SW 107^th Avenue
• Turn right onto SW 128^th Street to access SW 117^th Avenue

Note: As part of the Turnpike’s on-going widening project the following closures may impact SR 874/Don Shula users traveling to connect to and from the Homestead Extension of the Florida’s Turnpike.

Complete Mainline Closure

There will be a complete closure of all lanes on northbound Florida’s Turnpike to northbound SR 874 for bridge painting work on Wednesday, October 16 and Thursday, October 17 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night. Drivers should follow posted detour signs. Detour:

• Continue on northbound Florida’s Turnpike
• Take exit to SW 88^th Street/Kendall Drive and turn right
• Continue eastbound on SW 88^th Street/Kendall Drive
• Take entrance to northbound SR 874 on left

Ramp Closure

The entrance ramp to northbound SR 874 from SW 117^th Avenue/SW 152^nd Street will be closed for bridge painting work on Wednesday, October 16 and Thursday, October 17 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night. Drivers should follow posted detour signs. Detour:

• Continue on the frontage road to access northbound Florida’s Turnpike
• Take exit to SW 88^th Street/Kendall Drive and turn right
• Continue eastbound on SW 88^th Street/Kendall Drive
• Take entrance to northbound SR 874 on left
