Enjoy a champagne toast and a scrumptious four-course meal this New Year Eve’s at Tuyo, the crown-jewel restaurant at Miami Dade College (MDC), located on the top floor of the acclaimed Miami Culinary Institute, 415 NE Second Ave.
The roof-top restaurant offers one of South Florida’s most elegant dining experiences, first-class service, and an unparalleled panoramic view of the downtown skyline and Biscayne Bay.
The selections prepared by executive chef Victor Santos include Contemporary American cuisine featuring classic flavor combinations highlighted by an emphasis on fresh, quality ingredients. Choose from an array of delectable entrees including: Caribbean Rubbed Tuna Steak, Duo of Creekstone Farms Duroc Pork Braised Belly and Roasted Loin, Pan
Roasted Harris Ranch Farms Filet Mignon, and Farro Stuffed Baby Eggplant.
During the first seating between 5:30 and 7 p.m., patrons can enjoy four courses for $125. During the second seating from 9 to 11 p.m., diners can ring in the New Year at midnight for $175 in a festive environment with a panoramic view of Miami, a champagne toast and party favors. Wine pairing is available for an additional $55. Tax and gratuity are not included.
