Among dozens of businesses, the company is recognized for safety and construction
ANF, a full-service construction and development firm, was honored with two awards at the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Florida East Coast Chapter 2025 Excellence in Construction (EIC) Awards. The annual program recognizes general and specialty contractors for innovation, craftsmanship, and high-quality merit shop construction.

ANF received an Eagle Award for the Seminole Tribe of Florida Big Cypress Senior Center and Preschool and a Pyramid Award for South Pointe Mixed-Use.
Located on the Big Cypress Indian Reservation in Clewiston, the Big Cypress Senior Center spans approximately 21,000 square feet and includes a cafeteria/flex area, commercial kitchen, game room, pottery lab, fitness room, showers, and administrative offices. Designed to serve as an event space and hurricane shelter, the facility includes a full building generator. Adjacent to the senior center, the Big Cypress Preschool serves children ages one to five across 34,700 square feet and includes classrooms, a kitchen, cafeteria, administrative space, and an open-air playground.
South Pointe Mixed-Use is a new residential and commercial community in Miami Lakes developed by The Graham Companies. Spanning 7.84 acres along Commerce Way, the project features 179 apartments and 17,063 square feet of retail space across three four-story buildings. The community offers one- and two-bedroom units, a pool, wellness center, dog park, basketball court, meeting rooms, gazebos, 370 parking spaces, and EV charging stations. Ideally located near major highways, South Pointe provides residents with both convenience and connectivity.
The 2025 EIC Awards ceremony took place on October 24 at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura, where dozens of companies were recognized for excellence in safety and construction.
