North Carolina-based aesthetician Toska Husted has expanded her beauty business to one of her celebrity clients’ favorite cities – Miami.

Toska Spa & Facial Bar has opened its doors officially in Coral Gables at CMC Group’s 4000 Ponce, a nine-story Class-A mixed-use development that is home to The Collection luxury auto dealership, located at the vibrant intersection of Ponce de Leon Boulevard and Bird Road in the City’s thriving business district.

The highly sought-after skincare spa secured a lease for 3,535 square feet of retail space on the building’s ground floor and is now welcoming clients offering an array of luxurious skincare products, treatments and services.

Favored among celebrities including Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Lopez and Kendall Jenner, Toska Husted’s customized, results-oriented facials and skin treatments incorporate her signature lifting, hydrating and sculpting techniques.

After opening the first Toska Spa & Facial Bar in 2016 in Charlotte, NC, the beauty brand’s recent expansion includes newly opened locations in Miami, Downtown Dallas, and Nashville. Originally from Kosovo, Husted relocated to London more than 23 years ago, where she obtained her beautician license from the Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology.

“We are thrilled to welcome Toska Husted and her exceptional team to 4000 Ponce,” said Ugo Colombo, founder of CMC Group. “Toska’s innovative approach to skincare and her commitment to excellence align perfectly with our vision for this space. With a clientele that includes some of the biggest names in Hollywood, we are excited to offer our community access to her luxurious treatments and products. Toska Spa & Facial Bar is not just a spa; it’s a transformative experience, and we can’t wait for everyone to discover the magic she brings.”

Developed by veteran real estate developer Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group, 4000 Ponce features a total of 150,000 square feet of Class A office space and 32,000 square feet of prime ground-floor retail. The Mediterranean-style building is the long-time home of The Collection’s flagship location, one of the most successful luxury car dealerships in the United States.

The building is more than 90 percent leased to tenants including Steinway & Sons, Coldwell Banker, Hemisphere Media Group, Korn Ferry, Evensky & Katz, Pure Barre, Bagel Emporium, and JETSET Pilates. The building recently underwent a $5 million renovation to its interior spaces and exterior façade.

Toska Spa & Facial Bar’s new Miami location offers a specialized menu of curated skincare products and services that deliver exceptional treatments. Utilizing the latest technologies and techniques, alongside Toska’s proven methods, clients can expect unparalleled results.

The new studio boasts luxurious retail and waiting areas, state-of-the-art private treatment rooms, and the brand’s signature “Facial Bar,” featuring exclusive facial machines and treatments, providing the finest skincare experience.

Alex Cesar and Drew Schaul with CBRE Retail represented 4000 Ponce’s ownership in the lease negotiations, while Nicholas Cobb from JLL represented the tenant.

Completed in 2002, 4000 Ponce displays a grand lobby, common areas and elevators enhanced by marble, Venetian stucco, cherry millwork, and bronze, while its exterior exhibits the iconic Mediterranean-style architecture that distinguishes “The City Beautiful.”

Each floor of office space contains approximately 30,000 rentable square feet, with flexible floor plans for both full-floor users and multi-tenant use. The smart building is equipped with the latest systems for fully integrated broadband communications service, high-speed internet and data network service, and features ample on-site parking in an attached garage with a ratio of three spaces per 1,000 square feet, with a special visitor parking area on the mezzanine level.

4000 Ponce is located next to The Shops at Merrick Park, one of South Florida’s most coveted shopping districts, and is in close proximity to an abundance of executive housing.

Tenants enjoy the frequent service of the Coral Gables trolley which stops in front of the building and provides access to Miracle Mile, as well as the nearby Metrorail station. The property also is within walking distance from US1 and is approximately 20 minutes away from Miami International Airport.
