The United States Swim School Association has released the names of the 2014 Outstanding Swim School Managers of the Year and three local swim school managers made the list: Miguel Barranco, Greidy DeArmas and Brett Pencar. Barranco, DeArmas and Pencar are all general managers at Ocaquatics Swim School.
“Miguel, Greidy and Brett are invaluable members of our team and we are extremely fortunate to have them on our staff,” said Miren Oca, director of Ocaquatics. “They are each so positive and friendly, and I can’t imagine more deserving managers.”
The United States Swim School Association is a professional organization of quality swim schools dedicated to aquatic education for lifelong safety, fun and health. Ocaquatics has been a member of the USSSA since 1994, the year the business opened.
Ocaquatics teaches swimming lessons to all ages in their own state of the art, indoor, warm water facilities. They have locations in West Kendall, Miami and their third location is under construction and will opening in the spring 2015 in Hialeah Gardens.
