Shririn Razdan, Palmer Trinity School Class of 2011 (Junior), has scored a perfect 2400 on her SAT college entrance exam.
She found out about her flawless score of 800 in critical reading, 800 in math and 800 in writing when she went online to check the results.
“I yelped when I saw the score,” Razdan said.
Although receiving a perfect score came as a surprise, Razdan said that she studied for the exam during every spare moment. She also received perfect scores in SAT subject tests in U.S. History, Biology and Math Level II. Razdan said she plans to be a cardiologist and has her sights set on attending either the seven-year Honors Program at University of Miami, Harvard, Yale, Penn, Columbia or Georgetown. This summer, she has been interning at Jackson South Hospital where she shadows doctors on their patient rounds. During her spare time, Razdan performs Indian Classical and Bollywood style dance, and recently presented a program at the Mango Festival at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden.
Head of school Sean Murphy said Razdan’s test scores are “a tremendous accomplishment.”
