Century Homebuilders Group has received the 2017 “Residential Developer of the Year” by the Latin Builders Association (LBA). Developer Sergio Pino, founder of Century Homebuilders Group (CHG) was recognized at the 37th Annual Latin Builders Awards Celebration on Sept. 29 in Doral
Member Services Manager of the LBA Ileana Rios said many individuals were considered for this honor but Sergio Pino’s leadership and determination distinguished CHG as being worthy of this award by colleagues and peers in the LBA.
Century has sold over 100 homes or condominiums from eight of their active communities year-to-date and is pleased to have eight more communities coming soon. At CHB’s new sales office in Coral Gables, all of the Century communities are on display, providing choices to buyers wanting to live in various locations throughout Miami.

Last year, Pino was recognized for his Century Park Place project, receiving two prestigious “Best Of” awards from The Builders Association of South Florida: one for Best Overall Community-Platinum and the other, the Ambrosia Model-Platinum.
