Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

On Monday, August 26th, 2024, Doral Mayor and Council, proudly inaugurated the eastern portion of Doral Central Park! This great milestone was celebrated with the community, alongside project contractor, Kaufman Lynn Construction, and architect, Bermello Ajamil & Partners, and several local community leaders. The new and exciting amenities include playgrounds, amphitheater, multipurpose fields, skate park and pump track, a boardwalk, fishing pier and kayak launch, pavilions, and outdoor fitness equipment.

Event attendees enjoyed music, food, inflatables, interactive games, giveaways, as well as an energetic concert at the brand-new amphitheater, featuring Orlando Mendez and Los Wizzards!

The western portion of the park is on schedule to be completed and opened to the community in early 2025.  This half of the park will include the Community Center, Aquatic Facility, outdoor basketball and tennis courts and additional parking.  Stay tuned for updates!

This park is the flagship project of the Doral Parks Bond, approved by Doral voters. For more information on this and all  Parks Bond projects, visit www.doralparksbond.org.
