Doral City Council, joined by Miami-Dade County District 12 Commissioner Jose “Pepe” Diaz, unveiled the new co-designated street June 9.

Members of the Doral City Council, joined by Miami-Dade County District 12 Commissioner Jose “Pepe” Diaz, unveiled the new co-designation “Max E. Salvador Way” signage on NW 52 St. from NW 97 Ave. to NW 107 Av.

During the June 9 ceremony Doral paid tribute to Max E. Salvador along with his closest family and friends. He was a dedicated and loved leader who first opened his company in 1983 in the industrious Doral area. He went on to develop relationships with business and community leaders, forging the road to make Doral an independent municipality, recognizing it for its unique and prosperous demographic. As a Doral Community Councilmember, he paved the way for the establishment of local churches, parks, and schools.

The Doral City Council unanimously approved the resolution for the addition of the “Max E. Salvador” signage on April 12, 2017.
