2019 is here and that means – it’s your time now!
Your time to prosper is now. Your time to achieve great things is now. Your time to make a difference in your organization is now. And your time to become a leader is now.
Why not? You deserve it. You probably have all your new year’s resolutions set and are ready to rock and roll with great enthusiasm to make sure that THIS is the year it all happens for you.
But I have a warning for you – the end of January is typically when most people begin to wane from their New Year’s resolutions. Distractions and obstacles start to creep in. We forget how we felt on January 1st and quickly revert to our old ways. This annual malaise is bad enough yet there exists another dark cloud on the horizon that could make an average, typical un-achieving year a disaster.
Most experts agree that the economy will experience a slowdown in the New Year, with an expectation that we will have a global recession in 2020. Are you ready? Are you going to allow yourself to be on the outside looking in? Or will you be one of the few in the middle of the action making it happen? Will you be part of the loser’s club or the winners club? What are you going to do, NOW, yes NOW?
