Mayor Juan Carlos Bermudez was recently recognized with the Political Leadership Award at the 37th Annual Latin Builders Association (LBA) Awards. The luncheon which took place on Sept. 29, was attended by U.S. Senator Marco Rubio who was this year’s guest speaker. Also in attendance to support Mayor Bermudez were Vice Mayor Pete Cabrera, Councilwoman Claudia Mariaca, and Councilwoman Ana Maria Rodriguez, as well as other City Charter Officials and members of the administration. It was a true “Doral Proud” moment.
“I take great pride in serving my community and on behalf of the residents of the City of Doral I’d like to thank the LBA for recognizing my efforts to lead our great city,” said Mayor Bermudez.
