Claudia Cardona is a registered nurse in case management at Palmetto General Hospital. She joined Palmetto General Hospital in July of 2012. She became a nurse in 2005. Claudia ensures quality of care for patients and makes sure they have a safe and expedited discharge. She communicates daily with physicians. Claudia received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Miami Dade College. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
