Simon has a slew of new offerings coming to Miami International Mall. The global leader in premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations is introducing new concepts over the coming months, including Kepén Tea & Salads, ShuShop, and Divino Ceviche, which join the recently opened Sugar King, The Mark Wellness Spa, Cosechas, and Falafel House.

This fall, Kepén Tea & Salads opens its doors in a 613-square-foot space next to Vans. The eatery serves a wide variety of hot and cold brewed teas and selection of salads, sandwiches, wraps, desserts, and tea accessories. In addition, all of the teas can be served at the store by the cup – hot or iced, loose by ounce, or to be brewed at home.

Opening next to Victoria’s Secret, ShuShop is an innovative fashion footwear retailer that focuses on delivering great shoes and cutting-edge designs at affordable prices. The designs are inspired by the international fashion trends that are happening in Miami, New York, London and Tokyo. ShuShop’s beautiful 1,982-square-foot space will carry today’s hottest trends in women’s footwear.

Divino Ceviche is slated to open this fall in the Food Court, offering a fusion of the traditional ethnic attributes of Peruvian cultures and modern cuisine.

Recently opened, The Mark Wellness Spa is a tranquil escape offering a wide array of massage services and body treatments. The 1,267-square-foot oasis located next to Sears offers spa sessions including Himalayan Salt Hot Stone Massages, facials, aromatherapy, Microdermabrasion, and more. Customers can also join their membership program for added benefits.

Sugar King opened its doors this summer in a bright and colorful 1,225-square-foot store. Located next to Guess, the trendy candy store specializing in innovative sweets, fun novelty gifts, and giant candy.

Miami International Mall shoppers can now enjoy fresh smoothies from Cosechas, which prides itself in offering customers the highest quality fruit and vegetable smoothies. Originally founded in Costa Rica, the brand specializes in using natural, fresh ingredients for delightful wellness beverages. The 613-square-foot space located in the Food Court Corridor next to Brosway Italia serves a selection of prepared sandwiches and salads to go along with wide variety of smoothie creations.

Recently opened in the food court, Falafel House brings Miami International Mall shoppers Middle Eastern food, perfect for those who are vegan, vegetarian, living a gluten-free life, or just love falafel and shawarma. The 610-square-foot space serves delicious Middle Eastern food in a fast-casual environment at great prices.
