Suffolk, one of the largest building contractors in Florida, recently commemorated the topping off of Sanctuary at Doral during a ceremony. The July 26 celebration was attended by more than 250 guests.
Sanctuary at Doral will be a 226-unit apartment complex with two, five-story parking garages and two stand-alone buildings with 26,100 sq-ft of retail and grade parking. The project, which is situated on 7.8 acres, will also feature a two-story clubhouse with outdoor amenities including a soccer field, a dog park and splash pads, and a bike path.
Suffolk was selected as a construction partner by Shoma Group, a leading real estate development company with over 30 years of experience in the South Florida market.
