CHRYS Counseling Services, a specialized program by Chrysalis Health, has announced its launch in Miami-Dade to support the mental health needs of students in private and competitive academic settings.
Designed specifically for high-achieving students under pressure, CHRYS offers a new standard in adolescent mental health care: personalized, evidence-based, and accessible counseling delivered by licensed professionals trained in the gold standards of clinical care.
What sets CHRYS apart from traditional private practices is its innovative format: students can attend appointments via a user-friendly app through secured telehealth conferencing, in-person office visits, live-chat, or phone calls.
Whether you are looking for ongoing guidance, structured skill-building, or occasional support, CHRYS offers three alternatives: a monthly subscription plan, pay-as-you-go sessions, or 16-session goal-oriented programs targeting issues that are prevalent in middle and high school students such as anxiety, identity, attention, screen overuse, substance overuse and relationship struggles.
“We recognize the unique stressors students face in high-performing schools,” said Alice Roque, Marketing and Outreach director. “CHRYS was created to meet those needs with clinical excellence and a deep commitment to care. We’re redefining support — no waiting lists, no insurance hoops, and no outdated structures. Just direct access to what works, when you need it.”
CHRYS empowers students ages 12 and older to take control of their mental wellness journey with tools that build self-esteem, improve focus, and support emotional regulation. Counseling is grounded in proven evidence-based modalities like CBT, trauma-informed therapy, and motivational interviewing.
CHRYS now is available for those students looking for immediate services before the start of the school year. To learn more or schedule a consultation, visit www.chryscounseling.com or call 786-467-1494.
