My Ceviche’s South Miami, South Beach and Brickell destinations have recently added a Prime Grade Filet Mignon to the menu with plentiful options crafted by Executive Chef Henry Hane. Inspired by Peruvian flavors, the steak is marinated in a top-secret seasoning and then seared to a delightful golden brown.
· Steak Burrito: You’ve had burritos but, no quite like this. Made with a USDA Prime Filet Mignon marinated with rocoto, garlic and spices enveloped in a warm tortilla with queso fresco, Mexican crema, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, pickled red onions and corn. As a base select jasmine coconut rice, quinoa, greens or cauliflower rice. ($12.99)
· Steak Burrito Bowl: Feeling a little more free? Less structured? We get the feeling. Prepared with a USDA Prime Filet Mignon marinated with rocoto, garlic and spices on a bed of coconut jasmine rice, greens, cauliflower rice or organic quinoa topped with queso fresco, Mexican crema, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, pickled red onions and corn. ($12.99)
· Steak Tacos: Taco-bout it. Seriously. Highlighting USDA Prime Filet Mignon marinated with rocoto, garlic and spices to make your enveloped in a warm corn or flour tortilla. If you’re looking for something light, we’ve got lettuce wraps, too. Accompaniments include queso fresco, pickled red onions, cilantro and radish ($10.99)
In March 2012, Roger Duarte opened the first location of My Ceviche in South Beach. Located next to an international hostel, our South Beach location is essentially a take-out window. It’s extremely popular for all the locals and tourists alike, who love getting their fix of ultra-fresh seafood….and chicken, too!
From day one, Roger knew that he hit the jackpot with his new cevichería. Roger and his crew worked day in and day out and saw that people just couldn’t get enough of the fresh-from-the-ocean ceviches they were making at their tiny seafood shack.
The My Ceviche family realized that the quick service and light eating was perfect for a fast-paced lifestyle, one that could only be found in the heart of Miami’s financial district — Brickell. Just over a year after My Ceviche South Beach opened came My Ceviche Brickell. The menu expanded, first with burritos and burrito bowls, then with free-range chicken breast (we seek to please all palates)!
My Ceviche has continued to expand throughout South Florida. We continue to bring the beach to the city and look forward to moving across the United States!
