As the organization’s 44th president, Tolmach will be heading the Junior Orange Bowl’s 66th festival season, which is set to kickoff in September. During September through February 2015, the not-for-profit organization will provide a variety of volunteer and scholarship opportunities for local students.

Tolmach has been affiliated with the Junior Orange Bowl for 10 years. He began as a parade volunteer in 2004, and later served as parade chair and as a member of the board of directors.
