Our Village is a place where your voices guide our vision. I’ve been blessed to be part of grassroots programming in Pinecrest for 20 years, but as a council member, I’ll expand that perspective with continuous interaction with our citizens.
In my first 100 days in office, I’ll be learning the rhythm of government systems and building community/business relationships, all with a fruitful intent for long-term success for the interests of all Pinecrest residents.
I’ll enhance your voices by developing neighborhood conversations, at a park, at school, or in a home. My time will not be spent solely in the council chamber, but also in your neighborhood. I plan to initiate a Community Round Table of our business owners, school/parent and religious leaders, and Pinecrest government/police to share, learn and develop partnerships that make our programs and voices stronger.
Safety to life issues are keenly on our residents’ minds. I’ll work with our police department to expand our Neighborhood Watch groups. Many of you have developed Watch models that we can share with other residents. I’ll work on the Fire Study to review our services and financial options for all Pinecrest residents.
I am but one vote, though I represent many voices that should guide my priorities in policy and decision making. I want to hear from you.
Together we are stronger and our efforts will strengthen our foundation of good government services, our highcaliber schools and protect the beauty that is Pinecrest.
Thank you for your support.
