The City of Aventura was delighted to present a proclamation to Aventura resident Ruth Spiegel as she celebrated her 101st birthday with family and friends. Aventura Commissioner Dr. Linda Marks attended this very special event on behalf of the City and said, “It was an absolute pleasure to have the privilege to meet Ruth and to present her with a proclamation from our Mayor and Commission for her 101st birthday. When I left Ruth’s celebration, I realized that I was truly blessed to be able to be a part the celebration with such a fabulous family and wonderful woman.”
