Casa D’Angelo Aventura continues to elevate South Florida’s dining scene with its
signature blend of tradition, sophistication, and heart. Helmed by iconic Chef Angelo
Elia, the restaurant brings the time-honored flavors of Italy to the vibrant Aventura
community—offering guests an unforgettable culinary experience rooted in authenticity.
Chef Angelo Elia, widely regarded as the face of Italian fine dining in South Florida, was
born in Salerno, Italy, and trained in some of New York’s most prestigious kitchens,
including the Four Seasons. His first Casa D’Angelo restaurant opened in Fort
Lauderdale in 1998 and quickly set the standard for elevated Italian cuisine. With
subsequent locations in Boca Raton and Aventura, his culinary vision has only
deepened and expanded.
At the Aventura location, diners are welcomed into an elegant atmosphere that perfectly
complements the handcrafted cuisine. The menu features made-from-scratch pastas,
fresh seafood, and slow-simmered sauces—all inspired by family recipes passed down
through generations. Chef Elia’s culinary philosophy balances old-world tradition with
modern finesse.
Casa D’Angelo Aventura also features a thoughtfully curated wine list, showcasing
exceptional labels from Italy and beyond. In-house sommeliers guide guests through
seasonal wine dinners and exclusive tasting events, highlighting the restaurant’s
commitment to pairing excellence with education. Additionally, guests can enjoy
Summer Wine Specials with half-off select wines every Monday.
This summer, Casa D’Angelo Aventura offers an exclusive three-course Summer Menu
dinner for $60, available Sunday through Thursday from 4 to 10 PM, now through
October 9. The restaurant also serves a three-course Weekday Business Lunch
designed to impress for $32, Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 4 PM.
